An open studio workspace with desks and monitors

A studio built to do both jobs

One team that builds the site and runs the system that fills it.

Our story

We started because handoffs kept breaking good work

WebrixLab started from a pattern its founder kept seeing as a developer. A site would launch well, then sit still, because the agency that marketed it had never seen the code, and the developers who built it had never seen a search query report.

So we hired for both sides and stopped separating them. Today a WebrixLab project has one team: the people who write the front end, the people who write the content architecture, and the people who buy the traffic, in the same standups. When a landing page underperforms, the person who can change the template is already in the conversation.

We work mainly with small and growing U.S. businesses: real estate, hospitality, health and wellness, the trades and online retail. We stay small on purpose. It is the only way the whole team can keep the whole picture in their heads.

Our vision

A web where a small business can compete on the quality of its work rather than the size of its agency budget, because the systems that get it found are finally within reach.

Our mission

To build sites and growth systems as one thing, own the outcome end to end, and hand our clients assets they fully control, so the work keeps paying off long after the invoice clears.

Core values

Four things we do not trade away

Craft first

Clean markup, real accessibility, performance budgets. If it is not built well it will not perform well for long.

Client outcomes

We measure ourselves against the number you cared about at kickoff, not the number that flatters us.

Transparency

Open dashboards, plain-language reporting, and an honest answer when something did not work.

Always improving

Every project ends with a retro that changes how the next one runs. That compounds.

How we are set up

Small pods, no handoffs

Every engagement gets a pod: an account lead who owns the relationship, a developer, a designer, and a growth specialist. The pod stays with you from discovery through the ongoing work. You are not passed to an “implementation team” after the sale.

Specialists rotate in when a project needs them: e-commerce, AI automation, technical SEO. Everyone shares the same project channel, so context never has to be re-explained.

  • One account lead: a named person, not a queue.
  • Build and growth in one pod: changes ship the same week they are decided.
  • Weekly written updates: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked.
  • Specialists on call: commerce, automation and SEO depth when the scope needs it.
